At GOS, we believe that your comfort does not stop at the product's boundaries, but encompasses the entire shopping experience from the very first moment until after delivery.
Given the nature of our pajamas, which come into direct contact with your skin, and in order to ensure health and safety standards, we would like to explain our return and exchange policy with full transparency:
Return and Exchange Conditions:

We will only accept returns if the item is in its original condition: unused, unopened, and undamaged.

It must be within its original packaging, with the attached tags and accessories.
- There is no exchange, and if the customer wishes to exchange, they must create a product return request and place a new order.
Return Period:

You can request a return and warranty within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We recommend inspecting the items immediately upon receipt to ensure a swift process.
Fees:

The customer will bear an amount of 50 Saudi Riyals in case of returning the order (shipping cost and operational fees)
- The customer will bear an amount of 30 Saudi Riyals in case of cancelling the order (operational fees)
- The customer will bear an amount of 50 Saudi Riyals in case of not receiving the order from the shipping company (shipping cost and operational fees)
